The Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) invites all eligible bidders to participate in the procurement process for Laboratory Requirements (including Construction Materials, Electrical Equipment, Textiles, Leather & Paper, and Coal) for the fiscal year 1405.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents: Interested bidders can obtain the soft copy of the bidding documents free of charge via a flash drive from the Procurement Directorate of ASQA.
Submission of Bids: Bids must be prepared according to the terms and conditions of the bidding documents and the Procurement Law and Procedures. Sealed bids should be submitted within 21 calendar days from the date of announcement to the Procurement Directorate of ASQA, located at Industrial City, past the New Road, Kabul-Jalalabad Highway.
- Note: Late submissions and electronic (internet) bids will not be accepted.
Bid Opening Session: The bid opening session will be held 1405/2/16 Shamsi date at 10:00 AM at the Procurement Directorate, 3rd Floor, Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) headquarters.
