Announcement of the Laboratory Equipment Procurement Project for Coal – Fiscal Year 1404 – National Standard Authority

The National Standard Authority invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the procurement project of coal laboratory equipment for the fiscal year 1404.
Interested bidders can obtain the soft copy of the related bidding document (RFP) free of charge in a flash disk from the Procurement Directorate of the National Standard Authority.
Bidders must submit their offers in sealed form in accordance with the conditions stated in the bidding document and in line with the Procurement Law and Procedures, from the date of publication of this announcement until 21 calendar days, to the Procurement Directorate of the National Standard Authority, located in the Industrial Park, past the new road, on the Kabul–Jalalabad highway.
Late submissions and online (internet) offers will not be accepted.
The offer guarantee must be in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of AFN 724,500 (Seven Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand and Five Hundred Afghanis).
The bid opening session will be held on Wednesday, 14/3/1404 (Solar Hijri Calendar) at 10:00 AM at the Procurement Directorate, 3rd floor, National Standard Authority.
