  اداره ملی ستندرد از تمام داوطلبان واجد شرایط دعوت می نماید تا در پروسه داوطلبی تدارک خدمات سیستم انترنت مورد ضرورت مرکز با ظرفیت 60Mbps/60Mbps Dedicated Full Duplex Fiber Optic or Point to Point Internet with 80% Point to Point Physical Back Up 24/7/365 اشتراک نموده و سافت شرطنامه مربوطه را در فلش دیسک بطور رایگان از آمریت تدارکات اداره ملی ستندرد بدست آورده، آفر های خویش را مطابق شرایط مندرج شرطنامه و طبق قانون و طرزالعمل تدارکات طور سربسته از تاریخ نشر اعلان الی 21 روز تقویمی به آمریت تدارکات اداره ملی ستندرد واقع شهرک صنعتی، گذشته از سرک نو، بزرگ راه کابل جلال آباد ارایه نمایند. آفر های نا وقت رسیده و انترنتی قابل پذیرش نمی باشد.

تضمین آفر به شکل تضمین بانکی مبلغ (36،000) سی و شش هزار افغانی بوده و جلسه آفرگشایی 21 یوم تقویمی بعد از تاریخ نشر اعلان به ساعت 10:00 قبل از ظهر در آمریت تدارکات واقع منزل سوم اداره ملی ستندرد تدویر میگردد.
