Supply of Diesel and Petrol Fuel for the Fiscal Year 1405

The Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) invites all eligible bidders to participate in the procurement process for 39,968 liters of Diesel (L02-62) and 43,320 liters of Petrol (A-92) for the fiscal year 1405.
Interested bidders can obtain the soft copy of the relevant bidding documents (SBD) from the National Procurement website or free of charge via a flash drive from the Procurement Sub-directorate of ASQA.
Bids must be prepared according to the terms and conditions of the bidding documents and the Procurement Law and Procedures. Sealed bids should be submitted within 21 calendar days from the date of the announcement to the Procurement Sub-directorate of ASQA, located at Industrial City, past the New Road, Kabul-Jalalabad Highway.
- Note: Late submissions and electronic (internet) bids will not be accepted.
The bid opening session will be held 21 calendar days after the announcement date at 10:00 AM at the Procurement Sub-directorate, 3rd Floor, Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) headquarters.
