Technical Committee Meeting for Developing Environmental Standards Held at the National Standards Authority

The technical committee meeting for the development of environmental standards of the National Standards Authority (ANSA) was held in the administration's meeting hall, with the participation of Mawlawi Mohammad Hanif, Director of National Standards and Building Codes Development and Promotion, the chairman of the respective committee, and its technical members.

In this technical session, a comprehensive discussion and exchange of views took place on the draft standard titled "Guidelines for the Use of Treated Wastewater for Irrigation Projects – Part 2: Project Development."

The development and implementation of national standards in this sector can play a key role in improving wastewater management, reducing the pollution of water resources, and preventing the spread of diseases in urban areas.
