The National Procurement Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Office, on behalf of the Afghanistan Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA), hereby invites all eligible National and International bidders to participate in the bidding process for the mentioned project.

Bidders may obtain the soft copy of the SBD along with the TOR from the websites of NPD {https://tenders.ageops.af/en/bid-opportunities-notices} or ASQA {https://www.asqa.gov.af/tenders} or DgMarket {https://www.dgmarket.com/}. Bidders shall submit their sealed bids in accordance with the conditions stated in the bidding documents, from the date of publication of this announcement until 10:00 AM (Local Kabul Time) on 24 March 2026 to the Secretariat of Bid Opening Facilitation, National Procurement Directorate, next to the Marmarin Palace of Administrative Office, Pashtunistan Watt, Kabul – Afghanistan. Late or online submissions will not be accepted.

The Pre-bid Meeting will take place at 10:00 AM on 15 March 2026, and the bid opening session will be held at 10:00 AM on 24 March 2026 in the Pamir Hall of the National Procurement Directorate, next to the Marmarin Palace of Administrative Office, Pashtunistan Watt, Kabul – Afghanistan.
