Notice of Intent to Award Contract

Notice is hereby given to all natural and legal entities that the Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) intends to award the contract for the "Major Maintenance and Renovation of All Restrooms in the Four-Story Building and Finance Directorate Building, Construction of Wooden and PVC Partitions, and Erection of a Sunshade Canopy Within the Premises of the Standard and Quality Authority for Fiscal Year 1405" to M/S Ilham Bilal Construction Company, holder of License No. (D-69244), located at Khwaja Bughra Intersection, Danesh Bus Stop, District 15, Kabul, Afghanistan, for a total contract price of AFN (1,828,000) One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Afghanis.

Any natural or legal entities wishing to submit a petition or protest regarding this notice may submit their written objections, accompanied by supporting grounds, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Procurement Sub-Directorate of the Standard and Quality Authority, located at the New Kabul-Jalalabad Highway, Industrial Parks Area, near the former AFSOTR Directorate, Kabul, Afghanistan.

This notification does not constitute the formal execution of a contract. The contract shall not be executed until the expiration of the aforementioned statutory period and the completion of subsequent administrative and legal procedures.
