Regarding the re-announcement of the procurement of equipment for the Quality Certification Issuance Project of the National Standards Authority for the fiscal year 1404
The National Standards Authority invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the procurement of equipment for the Quality Certification Issuance Project of the National Standards Authority for the fiscal year 1404. Bidders may obtain the soft copy of the corresponding bidding documents from the National Procurement website or receive it free of charge on a flash disk from the Procurement Directorate of the National Standards Authority.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the bidding documents and pursuant to the procurement law and procedure, to the Procurement Directorate of the National Standards Authority, located in the Industrial Park, past the New Road on the Kabul-Jalalabad Highway, within 21 calendar days from the date of this announcement. Late and electronic bids will not be accepted.
The bid security is in the form of a bank guarantee amounting to AFN 695,500 (six hundred ninety-five thousand, five hundred Afghanis). The bid opening session will be held 21 calendar days after the date of this announcement at 10:00 AM in the Procurement Directorate, located on the third floor of the National Standards Authority building.
