Technical Committee Meeting on Food Standards Development Held at the National Standards Authority

This meeting was attended by Mawlawi Mohammad Hanif Director of National Standards and Building Codes Development, along with the chairman of the relevant committee and its members, in the technical meeting hall of the authority.

During the meeting, discussions and exchanges of opinions took place on the "General Standard for Labeling of Bulk Food Packaging" and other important technical aspects of this standard.

Food standards ensure quality and safety while also facilitating compliance with regional and international standards. These standards help in issuing quality certificates for products and eliminate technical barriers to global trade.
