Announcement of the Intention to Award the Contract for the Project of Procurement and Supply of (24) Items of Goods for the Laboratory Equipment and Weight and Measurement Activation Project in the Western Zone, under the Weights and Measures Directorate

This is to inform all natural and legal persons that the Standard and Quality Authority (ASQA) intends to award the contract for the "Project of Procurement and Supply of Twenty-Four (24) Items of Goods for the Laboratory Equipment and Weight and Measurement Activation Project in the Western Zone, under the Weights and Measures Directorate, for Fiscal Year 1405" to M/S Endura Mataa Trading Company, holding License No. (54427), located at Khorasan Commercial Center, Quwai Markaz, District 2, Center of Kabul, Kabul, for a total price of (16,905,455) Sixteen Million Nine Hundred Five Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five Afghanis.

Any natural or legal persons having any objection in this regard may submit their objection in writing, along with reasons, within five calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Procurement Sub-Directorate of the Standard and Quality Authority, located at the New Road of Kabul-Jalalabad Highway, Industrial Parks Area, before the former Afsotr Directorate, Kabul.

This notice does not constitute the signing of a contract, and the contract will not be concluded until the expiration of the aforementioned period and the completion of subsequent legal procedures.
