لکه څنګه چې تاسو پوهېږئ، د قانون پر اساس د سټنډرډ ملي اداري د نورم څانګه د هېواد په کچه تګ راتګ وسایلو نفتي توکي، ماشینونو، د برق تولیدونکو جنراتورونو او د دولتي وزارتونو او ادارو د وسایلو د مصرف د اندازې ثابتولو او ټاکلو واک لري، چې د دولتي ادارو او وزارتونو په غوښتنه د نفتي موادو د مصرف  اندازې نورم په ټاکلو کې لازم ګامونه پورته کوي.
 د افغانستان برشنا شرکت ( 4) ‌ډوله موټرو د تیلو د مصرف اندازې د ټاکلو په برخه کې له دغې ادارې په رسمي توګه غوښتنه کړې وه، چې وروسته یې د مصرف نورم وټاکل شو.
