د سټنډرډ ملي اداره د هېواد د بندرونو په تنظیمولو او د وارداتو په کنټرولولو سره د ټیټ کیفیت نفتي موادو او ساختماني موادو د ننوتلو مخه نیولې او هڅه کوي چې د خپلو ګرانو هېوادوالو د روغتیا او خوندیتوب او د مصرف کوونکو د ګټو د تامین لپاره هڅې وکړي او د کورنیو تولیداتو ملاتړ یې کړی او غواړي په نړیوالو بازارونو کې د افغان تولیداتو او صنایعو لپاره د سیالۍ چاپیریال برابر کړي.
چې په جوزا میاشت کې د پنځو بندرونو له لارې په مجموعي توګه (7495) ټانکره نفتي توکي تثبیت کیفیت شوي دي.
